Hey, all you awesome watchers! I'm checking in to say, first off, that I just got hired on for a new job in my new area. So I'll be starting work on Monday and getting my regular schedule from there. I'm not sure what this will mean for my art yet, if there will be a slowdown or what, but I wont stop drawing. I may just have less time for it. I'll still post whenever I'm able and I still plan to get some auctions and commissions out there as well!

Which brings me to my next thing: a giveaway! I am steadily approaching my next watcher milestone and I plan to do an art giveaway when I reach 200 watchers. I'll make an official post about it in the near future but I will start taking entries from current watchers NOW, as you all have been here for the longest time and I feel deserve a little extra for sticking with me so long!

SO. The countdown will not officially start until I reach 100, but anyone who is currently watching me that would like to enter, please comment below! Tell me something fun about yourself, or just say hi - whatever you'd like! I'll respond with an entry number and you'll have a head start on the official post. This will only be in effect until I post the main announcement so be sure to jump on it while you can! :3

So after driving for most of the week we finally made it to Los Angeles! I've got my computer all set up and I'm working on getting my tablet going (one of my adapters went missing with the move so I'm looking for it) but once I'm all ready to go I'll be opening up for some pretty big commissions.

I'm looking for a job now that everything is settled, and it looks like I may be able to find work with a local comic shop, but in the meantime, I'll be trying to make up any loose ends with art sales. Keep an eye out because I'll have some specials going with discounted prices and whatnot. Maybe even a giveaway or raffle dealy for people who participate! This should all be going up in the next day or so.

Thank you all for being patient with me while I make this big life change and expect a lot of fun things from me going forward! I'm going to devote way more time to my art very soon.

Alright guys, so I guess it's crunch time now! My partner and I got news today that our lease ends on the last day of July, not the last day of September like we originally thought. Thankfully we have a place lined up to stay once we move, but that means I'll be moving to California two months sooner than planned.

Which also means that I'll have to start selling things asap and really step it up with commissions.

I have some old plushies leftover that never sold from when I was sewing more, as well as some anime merch and other goodies that need to be gotten rid of before I move all my possessions across the country. If anyone is interested I'll post a link to everything I'm selling and prices in a future journal.

I am also still OPEN for several types of commissions!!

On a more personal note, I am very genuinely excited for this to be happening. Even though it's sooner than expected, this is going to be a good move for my partner and I. With one month left now we're just counting down the days and trying to make sure we're ready. Thank you all for reading. I'll be keeping things updated.
